Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds for classes can be given for classes 72 hours before the start of the date of the class as long as written notice by the participant is received in advance.

After which all sales are final and non-refundable.  No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• Not arriving for your session, whether or not you notified The Tufting Studio
• Arriving late to your scheduled session by 15 minutes or more
• Arriving with someone who is not permitted, such as a minor under 18 years old during a tufting class, or with any guest who does not have a reservation for the class
• Refusal or inability to sign the liability waiver
• Unforeseen circumstances such as illness or hospitalization, transportation issues, childcare challenges, etc.
• You are asked to leave the facility due to unsafe or disruptive behavior. 

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and would like to gift the class to another person, please contact Tufted Whiskers at least 24 hours in advance, and we will update our records with your gift recipient’s name so they can attend the same booked session in your place.
